Manager Fabian Hurzeler has been under scrutiny from the Brighton fanbase, but the Seagulls are now unbeaten in four games.

Stars like Jan Paul van Hecke have been linked with departures from Brighton, and interest could increase in one player who was pivotal in victory at Man United.

Ferdi Kadioglu should be given ‘lifetime contract’

Ferdi Kadioglu struggled with injury in his first season at Brighton, making just six appearances, but the left-back has been a key player this campaign.

Kadioglu earned rave reviews from the Brighton fanbase for his performance against Man United, with one “worried” that clubs could be looking to sign the 26-year-old.

The defender won five of his six ground duels, won both his tackles, and successfully completed 95% of his passes across the 90 minutes.

One fan claimed that Kadiouglu is the “best left back Brighton have ever had” and is “fast becoming their best player.”
