Bruno Fernandes sends two-word message to Man United fans after scare
Man United captain Bruno Fernandes took to social media to share a passionate message with the fans after their 2-1 Europa League win over Rangers on Thursday (January 23).
The 30-year-old scored a late winner for Ruben Amorim’s side as they secured a much-needed win against the Scottish giants.
United went 1-0 up in the 52nd-minute after former goalkeeper Jack Butland misjudged the flight of the ball from a corner and punched in to the back of his own net.
Harry Maguire’s missed header allowed Cyriel Dessers to bag the equaliser in the 88th minute, and Rangers looked well on their way to earning a valuable point at Old Trafford.
Fernandes, once again, proved to be the difference maker for United, scoring a 92nd-minute winner and snatching all three points.
