Recently, reports have indicated that Celtic have made an approach to sign Philip Otele.
The Basel attacker has been in fine form in Switzerland this season, and has registered eight goals and three assists in 30 appearances so far this campaign.
With Basel set to demand £6million for the 26-year-old winger, it remains to be seen if O’Neill goes through with the signing in the coming weeks.
