Senior duo return in Rodgers 4-2-3-1: Celtic best possible XI v Aberdeen

COMMENT

Celtic face Aberdeen at Celtic Park on Wednesday in what is perhaps the biggest game so far in the Scottish Premiership season.

The Hoops are currently five points clear of their nearest rivals at the top of the league, with the chance to go a practically unassailable eight points clear with a win over Derek McInnes’ side.

However, the Dons could blow the title race wide open with a win against a vulnerable Bhoys side, as they would cut the gap down to a mere two points.

With this in mind, Hoops manager Brendan Rodgers must make two big changes to his 4-2-3-1 formation in order to pick his best available side for the game, which means that two senior stars must return to the fold.
