Teenager starts as injury crisis plagues squad: Celtic expected XI v Brechin
GOALKEEPER AND DEFENDERS
Craig Gordon (Goalkeeper) – Was arguably the man of the match against Rangers following a series of fine saves in the second-half, hopefully that will get the fans off his back
Mikael Lustig (Right-back) – Looked very jaded after the winter break, hopefully it will have done him the world of good and he can return to something like his best form
Kristoffer Ajer (Centre-back) – The 19-year-old teenager is expected to be keeping his place in the team on merit, he looks very composed for such a young player and has helped the Hoops to five clean sheets in a row.
Dedryck Boyata (Centre-back) – May well have been replaced by Marvin Compper, but that won’t be happening now, has looked shaky at times in recent weeks but has still defended well enough
Kieran Tierney (Left-back) – Another player who looked exhausted before the winter break, quite possibly the kind of game he could be rested for but it seems likely that he will play
