Celtic fans react to landmark James Forrest moment against St Mirren – ‘I could cry’
Celtic fans are ecstatic after James Forrest created history, in what was a spine-tingling moment against St Mirren.
The Bhoys drew 1-1 in their final game of the Scottish Premiership season, and lifted the league title after the game.
Brendan Rodgers’ side finished the campaign 17 points clear of arch-rivals Rangers, scoring a ridiculous 112 goals in the process.
There is another chance for the Hoops to get their hands on some silverware, when they face Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup final, at Hampden Park.

Forrest leaves it late
It was a party atmosphere as Celtic took on St Mirren, with the league having been wrapped up long before the final day.
However, there was one last thing that the Bhoys’ fans wanted to see, with Forrest aiming to score in his 16th consecutive season for the club.
It looked as if it wasn’t going to happen, with Jonah Ayunga giving the visitors the lead, and time running out in the Glasgow sunshine.
Then with just 90 seconds left to play, the ball fell to Forrest inside the box, and the veteran winger made no mistake, sparking pandemonium at Celtic Park.
The 33-year-old was mobbed by his team-mates, with those in the stands unable to contain their delight.
