Celtic fans are confident on Twitter that goalkeeper Craig Gordon will remain in Glasgow despite interest from Chelsea.
Telegraph correspondent Matt Law has claimed that Gordon is on a three-man shortlist to replace back-up stopper Asmir Begovic, who could join Premier League side Bournemouth.
Gordon, 34, has been identified as a possible replacement for the Bosnia & Herzegovina international, along with AC Milan’s Diego Lopez and Galatasaray’s Fernando Muslera.
Former Sunderland stopper Gordon has been in fine form for Brendan Rodgers’ Hoops, keeping 17 clean sheets in 33 league and cup appearances this season.
Celtic fans have reacted on Twitter in surprised fashion on Twitter, but are adamant that their number one goalkeeper will remain on Parkhead instead of acting as Thibaut Courtois’ understudy at Stamford Bridge.

Scotland international Gordon has plenty of experience in the Premier League, having played for Sunderland for around five years.
Making a remarkable comeback after multiple injury problems to star for the 47-time Scottish champions this season, Chelsea could now look to bring the veteran to London.
It remains to be seen how much former Liverpool boss Rodgers would charge for Gordon, if he was to sanction a deal, with 18 months still remaining on his current deal.
