It was an untypical performance from Brown against Aberdeen because for once, he wasn’t absolutely amazing.
The Hoops captain was good, but he wasn’t great, however that may be down to the fact that he had such little to do due to the strength in the Bhoys attack.
Brown was surpassed quite easily in the opening stages but as the game went on, he found himself having much less to do, although he was lucky to have not given away a penalty after a handball which you would have wanted if it was the other way around.
There shouldn’t be any drastic reading-into Brown’s performance because he thrives more against teams who have more of the ball than Aberdeen did on Wednesday.
