Had a stronger outing that his central defensive partner, but it still wasn’t a display to show many encouraging signs ahead of the trip to Belgium next week.
Celtic have chopped and changed formations in recent weeks and Simunovic has constantly seen himself moved around the back three or back four alongside different partners.
Now that Boyata is back, he can maybe settle down a bit more and improve his form.
