Celtic player ratings v Rangers: Senior player is 4/10 in Ibrox win
GOALKEEPER AND DEFENCE
Scott Bain – 7: Didn’t have the best first-half, but saved the day in the second-half with a couple of good saves from Morelos and Jason Cummings, although the Morelos chance was more of a bad miss
Kristoffer Ajer – 7: Was probably the best defender for the Hoops which doesn’t say much about the rest of the Bhoys defence, yet again showed great maturity for a 19-year-old and looks a future captain
Jozo Simunovic – 5: Was silly to elbow Morelos which lead to his red card, there was no need to do it and it wouldn’t be much of a surprise if his Celtic days were numbered after this
Dedryck Boyata – 4: The 27-year-old senior player was truly awful, didn’t recover from the early mistake which lead to Windass’s goal, and was a nervous wreck for the rest of the game, probably a mistake by Rodgers playing him
Kieran Tierney – 6: Did better in attack than in defence, didn’t cover himself in glory for the second Rangers goal but did his bit going forward, his great record at Ibrox continues
