Celtic are confident of agreeing a £5million-plus January deal for Josip Juranovic, sources have told Football Insider.
The Glasgow giants facing losing their star defender, 27, just 18 months after he joined following the collapse of contract extension talks.
Juranovic is keen to listen to offers from elite clubs and Celtic are preparing to lose him in the upcoming window.
The Parkhead outfit have tried to extend his deal but negotiations failed to result in an agreement and the club have given the green light for him to leave if they receive a bid that matches their valuation.
Celtic are hopeful a fee of over £5m can be secured for Juranovic, who is widely regarded as one of their outstanding players.
The Scottish Premiership leaders are now braced for offers following the conclusion of the World Cup, where Juranovic is starring for Croatia.
He is out of contract in the summer of 2026.
Celtic have already secured a replacement for Juranovic after agreeing the terms of a deal for CF Montreal star Alistair Johnston.
The Glasgow giants have finalised personal terms with the Canada international as well as agreeing a £3m+ fee with his club.
Juranovic has made 50 appearances for Celtic since his arrival in the summer of 2021, with 22 of them coming this season.

Celtic signed off for the mid-season World Cup break having won each of their last eight Scottish Premiership games.
They resume action against Aberdeen on 17 December – a day before the World Cup final is scheduled.
