Kasper Hogh jets in for Celtic medical after record deal agreed
Kasper Hogh is set to join Celtic from Bodo/Glimt imminently for an initial £11million fee, sources have told Football Insider.
The striker has been given the green light to jet in for a Hoops medical later on Saturday and put the finishing touches to a club-record deal.

Sources have told Football Insider that Hogh has agreed personal terms with Celtic and the clubs are in the final stages of talks over a deal worth £11m.
Celtic look to finally have their man after tracking Hogh for several months following his standout form for the Norwegian club.
The 25-year-old emerged onto their radar in January as he fired Bodo to a historic Champions League campaign and bagged a famous brace against Man City.
He ended the last Eliteserien campaign with 17 goals in 28 games, while also scoring six times in 14 UCL outings.
Football Insider revealed earlier this week that Celtic were confident over agreeing a deal for Hogh after talks had reached the advanced stage.
Now, Celtic have agreed a club-record £11m deal with Bodo for Hogh.
His move is sure to send shockwaves throughout the Scottish Premiership as the Hoops look to defend their crown, and it will be one of the most lucrative moves in the league's history if confirmed soon.

While Hogh's fee could reportedly extend beyond £11m if the relevant add-ons are met, the initial figure he is set to join Celtic for makes him the joint-second most expensive Premiership player ever right now.
Hogh is set to share second spot with prospective teammate Arne Engels, who has impressed at Parkhead since an £11m move in 2024 and is being touted with a Premier League switch this summer.
In fourth is French striker Odsonne Edouard, as Celtic splashed out around £9m to make his loan from PSG permanent in 2018 and he became a key man for the club over the next three seasons.
Making up the top five is another current Hoops star in Jota, who returned from a spell at Al-Ittihad in January 2025 for £8m, but has struggled with injuries in the 18 months since.
When could Hogh make his Celtic debut?
Sources have told Football Insider that Celtic's lack of transfer activity has caused unrest in Martin O'Neill's squad, so Hogh's arrival will be a welcome boost to morale.
He should arrive match fit and raring to go if a deal is completed this weekend, having last featured for Bodo on 17 July as their season runs through the summer months.
There should, therefore, be little to stop him making his Hoops bow in their first Premiership game of the new campaign against Dundee, which kicks off at 7:30pm on Monday, 3 August.
