Chelsea fans taken aback by explosive Jadon Sancho transfer twist
Chelsea fans have often critiqued their own club for being reckless with spending during recent seasons, but now fans are urging the hierarchy to do exactly that for one particular deal this summer.
Jadon Sancho is currently at Stamford Bridge on a season-long loan deal from Man United, with the Blues having an obligation to buy him at the end of the season.
The winger has been part of a Chelsea squad that has massively struggled for consistency throughout the season on all fronts.
The Blues are currently sat in fourth place in the Premier League table with the club pushing to secure Champions League football, but their lack of attacking output has been an issue.
Cole Palmer is in a difficult period in front of goal, while Enzo Maresca is without an out-and-out striker due to injuries.
Sancho has gained plenty of game time, but the Chelsea winger has come under fire from fans due to his performances.

Chelsea are considering Jadon Sancho’s future
Considering the fact that Chelsea are locked into an agreement to buy Sancho in the summer transfer window, it had been presumed that would happen as the Londoners would have to pay what is believed to be a “significant” amount of money to get out of the deal.
However, according to The i Paper that is exactly what the club is considering as there is a clause in the deal that would allow Chelsea to pull out of the obligation at a cost.

There is concern over Sancho’s erratic form and whether it would be beneficial in the long run to sign him permanently.

Chelsea fans are happy for reckless spending
The idea of spending millions of pounds to not sign a player is something many clubs would be criticised for, but Chelsea fans have backed the decision.
Other supporters believe it would be “a crime” to keep Sancho around any longer than this season due to his performances in a Chelsea shirt.
