
Confirmed: Leeds announce record-breaking sales

Leeds have revealed that they have broken their own record for the number of season ticket sales in the Championship.
The Whites confirmed on their official website that sales are up 25 per cent from last year ahead of the new season.
The Yorkshire giants have received huge support from fans and they are now edging closer towards the first game of the campaign away to Bolton on 6 August.
Leeds’ season ticket holders will get their first match at Elland Road on 9 August in the League Cup, before facing Preston in the Championship on the 12th.
Yorkshire Evening Post correspondent Lee Sobot has revealed that the club were nearing 18,000 season ticket sales on Monday and they have now surpassed an existing record.
Thomas Christiansen has undergone big changes at Leeds following his appointment as manager and has seen 10 new players join.
Matthew Pennington, Samuel Saiz, Vurnon Anita, Caleb Ekuban, Madger Gomes, Pontus Jansson, Matuesz Klich, Hadi Sacko and Felix Wiedwald have all joined the Championship outfit.
Leeds may have lost manager Garry Monk in the summer, who was extremely popular with fans, but they have seemingly got behind the new man at the helm.
They just missed out on a play-off spot last season and will hope to improve to seal a Premier League return.
