Crystal Palace fans have demanded that Evann Guessand stay at Selhurst Park permanently after his goal-scoring performance against Zrinjski Mostar.
The striker netted the Eagles’ second against Zrinjski Mostar to ensure a 2-0 win on the night and a 3-1 victory on aggregate in the Europa Conference League knockout playoffs.
Few players performed well against the Bosnia and Herzegovina side. However, Guessand stepped up to secure the victory in added time.
As a result, Palace fans now want to see the Aston Villa loanee remain at the club upon the campaign’s end, as he netted his second goal in as many games.

Crystal Palace fans want Evann Guessand to stay
Guessand made a late move to Palace in the winter window, moving from Villa on loan with the option to buy.
For many, the move seemed odd, especially with the Croydon side securing the signing of Jorgen Strand Larsen just days later.
However, in recent weeks, the 24-year-old has proven his worth, netting the winner against Wolves on the weekend before following it up with another goal on Thursday.
Now, many Palace fans have already seen enough and were quick to take to X to demand that the club trigger the option to buy the attacker.

According to Fotmob on 26 February, Guessand certainly had a great game on Thursday.
The attacker was a constant nuisance up top, having two shots, both of which hit the target, completing 60 per cent of his dribbles and having four touches in the opposition box.
