
23-yr-old back to his best: Three Celtic players who proved critics wrong in win v Zenit

The Bosnian centre-back had been hammered by supporters following his recent dreadful performance against Partick, where he was arguably at fault for the two goals the Hoops conceded.
However, against Zenit the 23-year-old was back to his no nonsense best, as he played without any thrills and concentrated on defending and not doing anything silly.
If he keeps this form up there is no reason why he can’t keep his place in the first-team, even when Dedryck Boyata returns from injury.
