Celtic striker Moussa Dembele has compared Anthony Joshua’s knock-out blow on Vladimir Klitschko to Rangers’ loss on Saturday.
The Light Blues were hammered 5-1 by the Bhoys at Ibrox and Dembele has used the big heavyweight boxing fight to take a swipe at the Old Firm rivals.
The 20-year-old sat out of the all-Glasgow showdown on Saturday due to injury, but his absence wasn’t felt as Scott Sinclair, Leigh Griffiths, Callum McGregor, Dedyrck Boyata and Mikael Lustig all found the net in the rout.
“It’s over. KO like today Celtic v Rangers,” said Dembele on his personal Twitter account.

The boxing match was one of the most highly-anticipated head-to-heads in the sport’s history, which saw Joshua win by technical knock-out in the 11th round.
Klitschko got up from the punch that the ex-Fulham man posted on his account, but the referee stopped the bout shortly after as Joshua began to reign supreme.
It wasn’t the only time on Saturday where the French striker aimed a dig at Rangers when he weighed in on Chris Sutton’s trolling of Pedro Caixinha’s side.
Dembele signed for the Hoops in the summer and has wasted no time in settling in.
In 49 appearances across all competitions, the French striker has scored a stunning 32 goals and supplied nine assists.
Celtic are currently unbeaten in domestic football in Brendan Rodgers debut campaign at Parkhead.
They have already secured the Scottish Premiership title and League Cup, and can round off a stunning treble next month if they beat Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup final.
In other Celtic news, Robbie Savage has destroyed Sutton’s analysis of the Old Firm clash.
