Mousa Dembele (Central midfield) – Has been back to his midfield monster best in recent performances against Everton, Manchester United and Liverpool. When he is this good, no other Spurs man in the middle can touch him. Must start against Arsenal.
Victor Wanyama (Central midfield) – His thunderous leveller against Liverpool showed the big Kenyan is more than just a destructive ball-winner. But he has looked increasingly authoritative in recent weeks following his long-term absence and Pochettino should select him and axe Eric Dier from the side that started at Anfield in the third of the three big-name international omissions.
