Dominic Calvert-Lewin reacts to Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka after confirmed exit
Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s Everton exit has been confirmed and after the announcement the striker reacted to Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka.
Calvert-Lewin has spent almost his whole career at Goodison Park, after making the switch from Sheffield United back in 2016, at the age of 19.
The England international scored 71 times during his 273 appearances in all competitions for the Toffees.
Much of the striker’s time at the Merseyside club has been plagued by injury, and last season he started just 19 Premier League games for David Moyes’ side, scoring three goals.

Calvert-Lewin to leave Everton on a free
On Sunday (29 June), Calvert-Lewin announced that he would be leaving Everton at the expiration of his contract at the end of June.
Football Insider exclusively revealed at the start of the month (6 June) that the Toffees were resigned to losing their centre-forward, after he rejected multiple contract offers, and the news has now been confirmed.
After the announcement, Calvert-Lewin took to social media to react to a fellow Premier League star.
Arsenal winger Saka shared a number of photos from his off-season trip to New York, and the striker liked his post to show his support.
Everton work to replace DCL
Football Insider Verdict
With Calvert-Lewin departing, the Toffees are looking for a new striker ahead of the upcoming campaign.
Everton have been linked with Thierno Barry from Villarreal, and the Frenchman could come in to be the club’s number nine.
The 22-year-old scored 11 La Liga goals for the Spanish side last season, as well as picking up four assists in his 35 appearances.
It has been suggested that Everton could sign 10 players in the next 10 weeks, as they look to revamp their whole squad.
The Toffees went into the window with just 14 senior players on their books, and Moyes expects to be backed this summer.
However, whether the Merseyside club can bring in enough quality to really push on and improve is yet to be seen, and they could be consigned to another Premier League mid-table finish next season.
