Sources: Rangers in advanced talks to sign Everton sensation Cameron Bell
Rangers are in advanced talks to sign Everton rising star Cameron Bell, Football Insider can exclusively reveal.
The Glasgow giants are working on a deal to lure the defender, 16, back to his native Scotland in this summer’s window.
Ibrox sources have told Football Insider that the club have offered Bell a contract and are increasingly hopeful of securing a full agreement.

Negotiations are ongoing, but a deal could be in place imminently.
It comes as Rangers also working on signing another rising star from south of the border.
Lovelace will become a free agent from 1 July but the English Championship club are due a six-figure development sum for bringing him through the ranks into their first team.
Like Lovelace, Bell would be able to sign professional terms with Rangers, with Scottish FA rules allowing them to do so at the age of 16, a year earlier than in England.
Bell turned 16 in January of this year and is so highly rated he has been capped by Scotland at Under-17 level.
He spent last season in the Everton Under-18s and is regarded as a player capable of playing senior international football in the future.

One advantage Rangers have over Premier League teams is a clearer pathway to senior football.
Manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst is said to be excited by the potential of Lovelace and Bell, and sees them capable of developing to the point where they can challenge for first-team spots in the near future.
