Morgan Schneiderlin (Midfielder on for Oumar Niasse at half-time) – 6: A decent performance after being brought on at the break, put a few solid tackles in but was also booked.
Aaron Lennon (Midfielder on for Tom Davies at half-time) – 6: Was brought on at half-time to allow Rooney to move into a more central position. Didn’t make a huge impact going forward but looked okay defensively.
Phil Jagielka (Defender on for Wayne Rooney, 83 minutes) – 6: Was brought on for Rooney with seven minutes to go and helped keep the Liverpool attack at bay. A sensible decision by Sam Allardyce.
