Everton are interested in signing Arsenal sensation Omari Benjamin this summer, sources have told Football Insider.
The 18-year-old strike is set to be released by the Gunners at the end of the 2023-24 campaign.
Benjamin has had a spell on trial at Everton since learning his fate and a well-placed source has told Football Insider that he has impressed Toffees chiefs.
It is believed the Merseysiders feel the teenage forward has the potential to operate at Premier League level in future.
Everton are preparing to make the youngster an offer but face competition going into the summer from rival Premier League clubs.

Benjamin joined Arsenal as a youth and has advanced through the ranks – but is yet to make a senior appearance for Mikel Arteta’s side.
He has primarily played for the Gunners’ Under-18 side, notching 18 goals and four assists in 31 appearances – but has also turned out for the Under-21s.
The teenager played 74 minutes for Everton’s Under-21 side against Tottenham earlier this month, scoring a 70th-minute winner.
He has been capped for several Wales youth sides, scoring once in five appearances for the Under-19s since making his debut in March 2023.
Benjamin is also eligible to play for Barbados, England and Jamaica.
