Everton told to reject Anthony Gordon bids amid ‘£50m’ claim – Robinson
Anthony Gordon could be worth more than £50million to Everton in 12 months time, according to Paul Robinson.
The former Spurs and England number one, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, suggested Frank Lampard’s side should hold onto the 21-year-old this summer.
Gordon has been the subject of interest from Tottenham and Newcastle United in this window.

A Newcastle source told Football Insider (6 July) that the club submitted a £35million bid for the winger.
The England under-21 international has three years remaining on his contract on Merseyside.
When asked by Football Insider if Gordon would be worth upwards of £50million in 12 months time if he has another good season, Robinson said:
“I think he would be and will be, to be honest.
“Tottenham have been looking at him as well. They had a conversation about him at the same time as Richarlison and were told, ‘No. Not yet.’
“If Gordon plays and has another good season, depending on Everton’s financial state, there will be a lot more clubs than just Tottenham and Newcastle looking at him.
“He will also be worth a lot more money.”

Gordon was one of Everton’s standout players in the 2021-22 campaign and contributed four goals and two assists in 35 Premier League appearances.
Since his debut in December 2017, the winger has six goals and eight assists to his name in 60 outings.
In other news, a pundit has claimed Everton could now beat West Ham to the signing of Armando Broja amid ‘behind-the-scenes’ claim.
