Exclusive: Leeds make Daniel Farke sack decision amid fan mutiny
Daniel Farke still has the backing of the Leeds United board despite growing fan discontent, sources have told Football Insider.
The Whites have now dropped into the Premier League relegation zone, increasing the pressure on the German manager.
Leeds lost 2-1 to Aston Villa on Sunday (23 November), letting a one-goal lead slip to fall to their third top-flight defeat in a row.
However, sources say that Farke’s job isn’t in any immediate danger as things stand, although the next few weeks could be pivotal in the 49-year-old’s future at the club.

Leeds fans losing patience with Daniel Farke
Leeds supporters have begun to turn on Farke in recent weeks, with growing frustration at the performances and results of his side.
The early promise at Elland Road after a decent start to the campaign has quickly evaporated, and last season’s Championship winners have now lost five of their last six Premier League games.
If the bad results continue then the fan pressure will only increase, especially if Leeds start to get cut adrift in the relegation zone.
Sources say that the owners are wary of too much supporter discontent and could be forced to take action if the situation doesn’t improve.
Brendan Rodgers is in race to replace Daniel Farke at Leeds
Brendan Rodgers is firmly in the race to become the next Leeds manager, if Farke is dismissed by the Yorkshire-based club.

The former Leicester City boss has seen his odds slashed to 7/2, and is now third in the betting to take over at Elland Road.
Rodgers quit Celtic in dramatic circumstances at the end of October after becoming frustrated with a perceived lack of backing from the board.
Despite the links with Rodgers, Bo Svensson is the favourite to replace Farke at Leeds. The Dane is currently out of work having been sacked by Union Berlin back in December 2024.
The likes of Carlos Corberan and Gary O’Neil would also be in the running if the job at Elland Road became available.
