Exclusive: Rangers star to push for exit amid Bojan Miovski unrest at Ibrox
Bojan Miovski may push to leave Rangers in the summer if he remains on the fringes at Ibrox, sources have told Football Insider.
The 26-year-old striker is currently unhappy with the gametime that he is receiving under Danny Rohl, who has preferred to use Ryan Naderi and Youssef Chermiti from the start in recent weeks.
Miovski was signed to become the Gers’ main number nine when they secured his signature last summer, and sources now say that he is ready to evaluate his options at the end of the season, if his level of gametime doesn’t increase.
Chermiti netted a hat-trick for Rangers in their 4-2 win over Hearts last weekend, while Miovski has played just four minutes across the last two Scottish Premiership games.

Bojan Miovski at the bottom of Danny Rohl’s pecking order
Rangers splashed out a fee that could potentially rise to £4.2million to bring Miovski in last summer, but they certainly have not got their money’s worth so far this term.
The North Macedonian plundered 26 goals in all competitions for Aberdeen when he was last in Scotland back in 2023-24, but he has not been able to translate that across to his stint at Rangers.
The frontman has just four league goals so far in 2025-26, and he has immediately seen Naderi usurp him in Rohl’s pecking order after his deadline-day arrival from Hansa Rostock.
Chermiti is also firmly ahead of Miovski at the moment and has statistically outperformed his teammate throughout the Premiership campaign.

Rangers are now approaching the stage of the season where Rohl will look to rely on his most trusted players to ensure that his team do not slip up, and Miovski is only on the fringes of his plans at the moment.
Rangers to delay James Tavernier contract talks
Football Insider revealed last weekend that Rangers are likely to delay contract talks with captain James Tavernier until after the season has concluded.
The right-back’s current deal at Ibrox is due to expire at the end of the campaign, but he remains a key part of Rohl’s plans, and the boss has every intention of a new deal being agreed.
However, discussions over that possibility are now set to be put off until after the final league game in a bid to avoid adding a potential distraction as Rangers fight for the title.
Hearts, Rangers and Celtic are all currently separated by just three points at the top of the table, and there is the potential for the title fight to go right down to the wire.
Rohl is keen to avoid anything that could potentially risk his side falling out of their rhythm at a crucial stage of the season, even if that fuels speculation regarding his captain’s future.
