Expert: ‘£100m’ Tanguy Ndombele could leave Tottenham for ‘nothing’ within weeks
Tottenham may let Tanguy Ndombele leave the club for nothing this summer.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
On 16 May, a Spurs source told Football Insider that they do not expect Lyon to trigger the £50million-plus option in Ndombele’s loan deal.

The club-record signing re-joined his old side in January on a loan-to-buy deal that has an option to become permanent this summer.
Wenham does not see anyone paying a significant fee for the 25-year-old midfielder.
“People can be unrealistic with fees so you have to look at the fact e gave Dele Alli away for basically nothing,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“This is a player who was worth £100million and scoring goals against Real Madrid a few years ago.
“People have got to be realistic and come off football manager for a minute. I honestly think Tottenham would let Ndombele go, if someone was willing to pay his wages, next to nothing.
“It might sound crazy but, I’m sorry, it’s not. That’s just how football has gone. Arsenal let go of Aubameyang for nothing.
“Big wages, long-term deals, Ndombele still has three years to go on £200,000-a-week, you do the maths.
“It adds up to a lot of money. Could he go for £10million? £5million? He has done nothing to justify that fee.

“He has done nothing for anyone to come in and pay a fee, Tottenham would be happy to let him go if someone will cover his salary in full.
“I can’t see anyone paying £20million or £25million for him.”
In other news, a Tottenham expert can’t believe an ‘incredibly bizarre’ Heung-Min Son development.
