Expert: Djed Spence set to seal ‘perfect’ Tottenham exit after update
Djed Spence is certain to leave Tottenham on loan this month and should join another Premier League side.
That is according to Spurs expert John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
Spence joined Tottenham from Middlesbrough in the summer but has struggled to establish himself in the first team.

The right-back has played five minutes of Premier League football this season, coming off the bench at the end of four games, most recently against Aston Villa on New Year’s Day.
Spence was again overlooked for Spurs’ FA Cup Third Round clash against League One side Portsmouth on 7 January as Emerson Royal was given the nod.
Wenham is certain Spence is now heading out on loan.
“Bryan Gil and Pape Sarr will not be going out on loan this month, we were told that in a press conference,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“So it’s good to have some sort of clarity on that, so we know which players we are working with. Djed Spence wasn’t mentioned and then he didn’t start against Portsmouth either.
“It appears he will be heading out on loan. I have seen reports linking Premier League interest, the likes of Brentford, Wolves and Southampton.
“Any of those would be a fantastic fit as long as he is getting guaranteed game time. I have no doubt he would go to those clubs and start immediately.

“He would impress too and that would be perfect for him coming back next season.
“He’ll have Premier League experience and hopefully Conte will then accept that he is at the required level.”
