Expert: Lucas Moura may be on the verge of leaving Tottenham after what I’ve spotted
Lucas Moura may be close to leaving Tottenham after failing to feature in the club’s recent friendlies.
That is according to Spurs expert John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
Moura, 30, has been limited to a support role this season, only starting two games for the club in all competitions.

The Brazilian has not featured in Spurs’ recent run of mid-season friendlies as the club gear up for a return to domestic football.
Wenham now wants clarity on the winger’s situation after spotting him in Spurs training.
“Lucas Moura seems to be out of the picture at the moment,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“I’m not sure what is going on there. He hasn’t featured in any of the friendlies but I have spotted him in training photos.
“I do wonder if there are some talks about his departure. There have been rumours and talks about that and this absence is strange considering he has been in training.
“I just wonder if there is a bit more going on there than meets the eye. He is out of contract at the end of the season but there is the option for us to extend it by a year.
“Maybe there are talks about how the club and the player are going to part ways, we just don’t know but I would like some clarity on the situation.”

Moura has made nine appearances off the bench in the league this season.
He has failed to register a goal or assist.
In other news, one expert has told Football Insider that Antonio Conte is ‘certain’ to sign a new Tottenham deal after another update.
