Expert: Tottenham revenue ‘about to go through the roof’ after official update
Tottenham “don’t have a leg to stand on” when telling fans they have no money to spend on new players.
That is according to Spurs expert John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels
Tottenham are yet to release their end-of-year financial report for 2022 despite 2021’s results being released in November of that year.

The Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Trust recently wrote to the club to express concern over why the report had not been released.
Responding on Tuesday (10 January) the club confirmed to the THST that the report will be released in February.
“The Trust are right to ask these questions and the club’s answer about the financial report lines up with something I have speculated about,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“That was that the club were going to release these reports after the transfer window had closed. That has caused great frustration to a lot of people.
“Last year, these reports were released in November, so why the two-month delay this time around? I think Tottenham will announce superior revenue to the likes of Chelsea and will move up the football rich list.
“We have had a year of everything being fully open with events on at the stadium all the time. Tottenham have also announced a whole array of new sponsorships over the last year.
“Our revenue is about to go through the roof and we have kept wages relatively low. I think the club soon won’t have a leg to stand on when they tell people we need to sell before we can buy.

“I see it from the commercial point of view, what is the point of us saying we have all of this money and then trying to buy players?
“There is just frustration among the fanbase because it seems like things are being held back in a non-transparent way.”
In other news, Tottenham have been backed to wrap up a deal for Pedro Porro ‘very quickly’ after an ‘insane’ development.
