Jack Clarke has agreed personal terms with Tottenham as he finalises his transfer from Leeds United, Football Insider understands.

A Tottenham source has told Football Insider that Clarke has settled the terms of a five-year contract worth £20,000-a-week plus various top-up bonuses.

The deal would see the winger, 18, getting extra payments should he hit certain personal targets, such as appearances, and also dependent upon team success such as Champions League qualification.

Clarke told Leeds earlier this week that he wanted to make the move to the Londoners and he will now become the latest Elland Road academy product to leave for a Premier League club, following the likes of Lewis Cook, Sam Byram and Charlie Taylor in recent seasons, while Ronaldo Vieira joined Sampdoria for £7million last summer.

Tottenham have made it clear to the wide forward they believe he can maximise his potential with them, working under Mauricio Pochettino and his coaching staff.

The move comes just nine months after he broke into the Leeds first team and made a huge impact with a series of sparkling cameos, mainly as a substitute.
