4. Stale Solbakken

After relegation from the Premier League in 2012, Stale Solbakken was appointed as the man to take Wolves back to the top-flight – however what he managed was beginning of the complete opposite.

He was Wolves’ first-ever non-British manager and won 10 of his 30 games in charge.

His tactics baffled and his reign at Molineux ended in an FA Cup Third Round defeat to non-league Luton.
