£2m attacker not even most hopeless of bunch in five worst Leeds signings under Radrizzani

1. Mateusz Klich

Signed from: FC Twente – Fee of £1.8million (approx) – Appearances: 10

As a player with 10 Poland caps and aged 27, with a season as a key man for Dutch Eredivisie side FC Twente behind him, the Leeds midfield was expected to be built around Klich in 2017-18. How wrong that expectation has been. Christiansen certainly didn’t appear to rate him, handing out just a single league start – in which he delivered a horribly rusty display at Cardiff – before the two parties went their separate ways in January when Klich joined another Dutch outfit, FC Utrecht, on loan. He has been playing regularly again, but it is difficult to see the midfield anchorman coming back to Elland Road next season.

In other Leeds United news, it can be revealed that NINE senior players at the club are in Radrizzani’s firing line and fighting for their jobs.
