Senior player axed in four changes: Celtic best possible XI v Kilmarnock
GOALKEEPER AND DEFENCE
Scott Bain (Goalkeeper) – Should keep his place in the Hoops side as Craig Gordon is still out with his knee problem, he hasn’t let anybody down this season in his appearances and has been a very good loan signing.
Jack Hendry (Right-back) – Should replace senior player Mikael Lustig, who must be axed. Hendry will be looking to start in a winning side for the first time since joining the Hoops in January, has had and up and down time in Glasgow so far.
Dedryck Boyata (Centre-back) – Should keep his place in the team after his excellent performance against Hearts, Brendan Rodgers has always been a fan of the Belgian and will be pleased with his performances.
Kristoffer Ajer (Centre-back) – Should keep his place in the side as his partnership with Dedryck Boyata is the preferred defensive duo of the Hoops boss who won’t want to disrupt the duo ahead of the cup final.
Kieran Tierney (Left-back) – Should replace Callum McGregor, the young player of the year should make his return to the side after missing the win over Hearts, the Hoops are far better with him in the team.
