Frank Lampard’s chances of being the next West Ham manager revealed amid Nuno sack latest
Nuno Espirito Santo remains under huge pressure at West Ham as performances remain far from impressive.
The Hammers finally picked up a win on Sunday as they progressed into the fourth round of the FA Cup.
However, this was in embarrassing fashion as they needed extra time to knock out Championship outfit QPR, as they eventually won 2-1.
Many West Ham players were dreadful against QPR, and the result has done little to relieve the pressure on Nuno.
With Nuno still one of the favourites for the sack in the Premier League, Frank Lampard could soon be on his way to the London Stadium.
Frank Lampard outsider for West Ham job
While Football Insider recently revealed that Nuno was not expected to be sacked at West Ham imminently, things can quickly change in football, especially if results do not pick up.
Therefore, the bookies are still taking odds on who will come in after Nuno if he is to leave, with Lampard being an outsider.
The former Chelsea boss has done wonders at Coventry City this season, with the Midlands club top of the Championship.
As a result, multiple Premier League clubs have been eyeing Lampard, with the manager now regaining his reputation in the dugout.

Now, one bookmaker has put the odds of Lampard coming into the London Stadium as short as 10/1, making him one of the favourites for the role.
Who is the favourite to take over Nuno at West Ham?
As it stands, Slaven Bilic is still the favourite to take over at West Ham.
The former Hammers boss is 6/4 to come in, as he continues to be linked to the London Stadium.
Second is Michael Carrick, who is still looking for his next managerial job after being sacked by Middlesbrough last season.

Kiernan McKenna and Harry Redknapp are also in the running at both 6/1 and 8/1, both of which would be shock appointments at the London Stadium if they were to happen.
This leaves Lampard as the fifth-favourite, as West Ham continue to fight for Premier League survival this season.
