‘His attitude stinks’ – Wolves fans tear into ‘unfit’ £60m-rated star after Nottingham Forest horror show
Wolves’ chances of survival in the Premier League are looking slimmer with each game after their latest defeat to Nottingham Forest in midweek.
Rob Edwards was appointed as Wolves’ new manager after Vitor Pereira was sacked last month, but he has not been able to put an end to their poor performances as yet.
They slipped to a seventh straight defeat on Wednesday (3 December) as Nottingham Forest won 1-0 thanks to Igor Jesus’ header at Molineux in a controversy-filled encounter.
Wolves are almost already resigned to relegation now, with no wins in any of their first 14 games and a 12-point gap to Leeds in 17th as they prop up the Premier League table.
There are some positives to take, with two slim one-goal losses in a row now, but one of their players has struggled throughout this season after he was expected to leave throughout the summer window.

Jorgen Strand Larsen continued his shoddy form against Forest
Jorgen Strand Larsen was the subject of serious transfer interest from Newcastle throughout the summer window after he scored 14 Premier League goals last season.
Wolves demanded £60million for Strand Larsen as the Magpies saw two lesser bids rejected for his services, and he remained at Molineux in what was believed to be a huge boost to the club for 2025-26.
The reality has been very different, with the 25-year-old scoring just once in 12 league games so far this term as his struggles continued against Forest in midweek.
Strand Larsen failed to have a shot on goal in the defeat, while he had the least touches of the ball of any outfield player to play 90 minutes (22), completed just seven of 14 attempted passes, committed two fouls and made just one pass into the final third.
Wolves fans berate Strand Larsen after Forest loss – ‘Shouldn’t be anywhere near a football pitch’
Football Insider have revealed that Strand Larsen wants to leave Wolves in January after Edwards’ arrival, and their fans will seemingly be pleased if he does given his current form.
Taking to X after the Forest clash, one fan said: “Find me a worse striker in the Premier League than Strand Larsen right now. Movement terrible. Second touch is a tackle. Unfit and distracted.”
Another said: “Strand-Larsen is awful that’s the worst performance I’ve seen from a Wolves striker in a long time. Pathetic. You’re lucky Newcastle.”
While another added: “For as long as strand Larsen is our “main” striker we never stood a chance in the prem. Slow and gangly like a new born giraffe who has 0 danger about him.”
