How West Ham could line up v Man United on 13 August if they sign £20m-rated midfielder
Javier Hernandez – striker
The former Manchester United striker is already being hailed as one of the best Premier League signings this summer, after the 29-year-old put pen to paper on a three-year deal.
A proven Premier League goalscorer, Hernandez is expected to keep out target man Andy Carroll, returning attacker Enner Valencia and injury-prone Diafra Sakho.
However, Bilic may look to revert to a two-man strikeforce which would see Carroll team up with Hernandez. For the time being, Hernandez will lead the line.
In other West Ham transfer news, co-owner David Sullivan has made this claim over a new recruit.
