Centre-back is an interesting conundrum at the London Stadium ahead of the 2017-18 season.
New Zealand international Reid, though, is at the top of the pile ahead of the likes of Jose Fonte, James Collins and Angelo Ogbonna while Reece Oxford prepares to feature on loan with Borussia Monchengladbach.
Reid is seen as best centre-back and his dogged, passionate displays will see him continue to be one of the first names on the team sheet once again.
