Ibrahima Konaté has posted a message on social media after an announcement on what may be his final season at Liverpool.
Arne Slot is two wins away from winning the title during his first season in English football, following Liverpool’s 2-1 against West Ham last weekend.
The Reds are 13 points clear of second placed Arsenal with Konate playing a pivotal role for his side, keeping 10 clean sheets in 26 appearances.
Liverpool‘s impressive campaign has seen the 25-year-old become one of seven players from the club nominated for a place in the Premier League Team of the Season on EA Sports FC.

In a post from Konate’s official Instagram account on Wednesday (16 April), the defender shared an image of himself and teammate Alexis Mac Allister, with the pair apart of seven Liverpool players nominated for the Premier League Team of the Season on the EA Sports FC game.
Konate’s future at Anfield remains up in the air after a years of major uncertainty across the club in terms of contracts.
Mohamed Salah has now committed the next two years to Liverpool, and Mick Brown has told Football Insider captain Virgil van Dijk has already also signed.
But Trent Alexander-Arnold appears to be on the way to Real Madrid at the expiry of his own deal in the summer, and Football Insider have reported a lack of progress towards a new Konate contract at Anfield.
