‘Incredible, unreal’ – Arsenal fans stunned by Kepa Arrizabalaga after what they saw vs AC Milan
Arsenal fans have been left stunned by the “incredible” Kepa Arrizabalaga after what they saw during their pre-season clash against AC Milan.
Mikel Arteta’s side won 1-0 against their Italian opponents in Singapore thanks to a second-half goal from Bukayo Saka to kick off their pre-season tour of Asia.
After winning in 90 minutes, the game went to a pre-arranged penalty shootout, where the Gunners lost 6-5 on penalties, with the goalkeepers the stars.
Despite losing the shoot-out, Arsenal fans were amazed by Kepa’s “incredible” performance after he saved three of Milan’s penalties.
The Spain international arrived at the Emirates for just £5million earlier this month, following a successful loan spell at Bournemouth, and has already made his presence known.

Kepa arrived at the Emirates as one of four transfers already this summer, with Martin Zubimendi, Noni Madueke and Christian Norgaard also brought in.
However, they are unlikely to stop there, as Football Insider revealed on 22 July that Arsenal are accelerating plans to sign Eberechi Eze this summer.
The Gunners are well-placed to land a deal for Eze as they continue to advance in deals for both Viktor Gyokeres and Cristhian Mosquera in the coming days.
This comes after former Man United chief scout Mick Brown told Football Insider in April that Arsenal would love to sign Eze to bolster Arteta’s forward options.

Kepa’s arrival from Stamford Bridge came amid some controversy this summer, as fans were not entirely convinced by the signing of another Chelsea fringe player.
Previous deals for the likes of Petr Cech, David Luiz, Willian, Jorginho and Kai Havertz have been met with the same scepticism, raising fresh concerns for the supporters.
However, many have immediately been won over by the goalkeeper after his display against AC Milan, as they took to social media to label him “tremendous” and “special”.
