Insider issues emphatic Man City claim as Erling Haaland set to jet out of England
Erling Haaland will lead the “perfect lifestyle” during the World Cup break to ensure he returns after the break at his best levels for Man City.
That is the view of medical expert Ben Dinnery, who runs the Premier Injuries site and has a background in injury and data analysis.
As quoted by the Manchester Evening News earlier this week (24 October), Pep Guardiola revealed Haaland will go to either Marbella or Norway during the break.

Norway are not at the World Cup so the 22-year-old will go over six weeks without a competitive game.
“Look, it’s easy to forget that Erling Haaland has just arrived in the Premier League and is still adapting to the rigours and intensity of the Premier League, it’s all new to him,” Dinnery told Football Insider‘s Connor Whitley.
“Although it appears at first glance he’s taken to it like a duck to water and it’s been a seamless transition.
“The demands are very different to what he’s been used to. He will need an opportunity to step back and to recover.
“When we talk about players going on holiday in the off-season, gone are the days when players can completely switch off.
“We’ve heard Pep reference on several occasions that Haaland leads almost the perfect lifestyle for an elite-level sportsman in regards to his diet, sleep, nutrition and recovery.
“Every aspect of his life is micro-managed. Even in the mid-season break, there will be a programme for him to follow.

“Haaland is probably one who, because he oozes professionalism, you don’t have to monitor that closely.
“You know he will be doing all the things necessary away from the club to ensure that when he arrives back, he’s going to be in a good position in terms of his fitness and sharpness.”
In other news, the Man City stance can be revealed as the Super League relaunch plans are confirmed.
