The Brentford striker is among United’s centre-forward targets, and the Bees are expected to sell him this summer.
Toney only has one year left on his contract at the Gtech Community Stadium, making this summer Brentford’s last chance to land a huge fee for him.
The Bees had hoped for a minimum fee of £90million earlier this year for Toney, but, following a mixed end to the 2023-24 season and considering his age and contract situation, they are now likely to accept £60m.

Toney has scored 65 goals and provided 21 assists in 85 Premier League appearances for Brentford.
The striker has climbed the English football pyramid from League Two, consistently scoring in every division along that journey.

The 23-year-old signed a five-year contract at Old Trafford in a deal worth £36.54million.
