Jack Grealish responds to Kevin De Bruyne’s ‘amazing’ Man City message
Kevin De Bruyne has remained positive on social media despite the uncertainty surrounding his future at Manchester City.
The club legend has racked up over 400 appearances for Man City, but with his contract expiring this summer, his future at the Etihad remains in the balance.
This season, De Bruyne has been hampered by multiple injuries, yet he has still managed to contribute four goals and seven assists in 1,608 minutes of action.
Despite these efforts, no contract extension has been agreed, with just months remaining on his current deal. However, journalist Henry Winter suggested that Manchester City could still offer De Bruyne a new deal, potentially on performance-related contract, based on his form.
With speculation continuing to swirl around his future, the Belgian midfielder appears to be focused elsewhere for now, as he enjoys time away on international duty.

Kevin De Bruyne has options from Saudi Arabia and MLS amid exit speculation
The 33-year-old posted on social media after Belgium’s impressive 3-0 victory over Ukraine on 23 March, overturning a 3-1 deficit from the first leg.
On Instagram, he shared his excitement, saying: “An amazing victory in the stadium where it all started”. The post quickly garnered likes from teammates such as Nathan Ake and Jack Grealish.
As rumours about his future swirl, journalist Mick Brown told Football Insider that clubs from Saudi Arabia are keeping a close eye on De Bruyne’s situation, ready to offer significant financial incentives to bring the star to the Middle East.
Football Insider also revealed that MLS side San Diego are keen to make De Bruyne a marquee signing, hoping to establish themselves as a serious force in the American league.
If he does not receive a contract extension or opts to leave, there will certainly be no shortage of suitors for one of the Premier League’s greatest ever midfielders.

Jack Grealish could follow Kevin de Bruyne out of Man City
In addition to De Bruyne’s uncertain future, City could see another notable player depart in the summer.
Football Insider revealed that Man City are willing to offload Grealish in the summer, as he is no longer seen as a key part of Pep Guardiola’s plans.
He was left out of the first England squad under new manager Thomas Tuchel, and his season at the Etihad has been marked by frustration. The England international has started just six Premier League matches this term, fuelling further doubts about his role in the squad.
With these changes on the horizon, it seems that City could be preparing for a significant rebuild. If that is the case, high-profile exits like De Bruyne and Grealish could pave the way for fresh faces at the club.
