De Bruyne one of the Premier League’s best

This season has been turbulent for Man City in many respects this season, which can only be epitomised by Kyle Walker‘s switch to AC Milan during the January transfer window.

Couple this with speculation surrounding Guardiola, amidst the club’s seven-game winless run in all competitions across November and December 2024, the news perhaps signals the end of an era.

However, one aspect of this situation that is clear, is that De Bruyne will be leaving Man City as one of the best players in Premier League history.
