Jack Grealish sends message to Jeffrey Schlupp after confirmed Celtic news
Jack Grealish took to social media to congratulate Jeffrey Schlupp on his loan move to Scottish giants Celtic.
The 32-year-old joined Brendan Rodgers’ side on loan for the rest of the season, with his contract at parent club Crystal Palace due to expire in the summer.
Celtic had a busy January transfer window that saw Kyogo Furuhashi join French side Rennes former winger Jota came the other way in two separate deals.
Jota made an emphatic return in his second Celtic debut, scoring in added time in their 3-1 Scottish Premier League win over Motherwell, sending a message to the fans afterward.
Schlupp had limited chances under Oliver Glasner this season, starting none of his 16 games across all competitions, and failing to provide a goal contribution in his 173 minutes of action.

Grealish, 29, hasn’t done much better than Schlupp despite having plenty of chances, starting 11 of his 22 games across all competitions, scoring two goals, and providing four assists in his 1108 minutes on the field.
The England international took to Instagram to leave a comment on Schlupp’s transfer announcement, saying: “Naaaaa what a combo.”
Celtic are runaway Scottish Premier League leaders, sitting ten points above arch-rivals Rangers (63) in the race for the title.
Rodgers’ side face Dundee FC in the league on Wednesday (February 5) as they hope to put even more distance between themselves and the rest of the pack.
