Jack Grealish ‘will sign for Everton’, Ben White could also join David Moyes’ revolution
Everton are still in the process of prioritising their summer transfer plans, according to former chief executive Keith Wyness.
Wyness, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, believes the Toffees should be looking to sign a new full-back and a forward this summer.
David Moyes’ side look like they will narrowly miss out on European qualification this season, with the Toffees relying on multiple results to go their way on the final day.
Moyes has made it clear that he wants to bring European football to Hill Dickinson Stadium as soon as possible in the future.
Everton will look to strengthen their squad this summer in aid of their ambitions, whilst right-back Seamus Coleman has already announced he will be leaving the club at the end of the season.

Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – is confident that Jack Grealish will return to the club on a permanent basis.
Speaking on the new edition of Football Insider‘s Inside Track podcast, Wyness has his doubts over whether John Stones and Ben White could join him on Merseyside.

He told Football Insider‘s Inside Track podcast: “Ben White’s been linked and so has John Stones.
“We’ve had all these sorts of names. Everton have not got endless amounts of money, and so there’s got to be priorities. Grealish will definitely get done, and that’s going to be one of the bigger ones, but defence and attack are the two areas that need to be done.
“Age is going to be a key factor, and that’s why John Stones may not get done in the end. I still see him going across to Europe somewhere, and Ben White is a possibility, but we’re looking at a tight wage cap.
“We’ve got to see how Jarrad Branthwaite is as well in terms of his injury, and if there’s belief in him coming back, because it’s full backs and forwards that we’re short of.
“Question marks remain, but we’re coming into that season now when things start to firm up a little bit and targets start to get to be made. Moyes is very, very thorough, and we’re not there yet in terms of making those decisions.”
Latest revealed in Liam Delap pursuit
Chelsea striker Liam Delap, who could have joined Everton last summer, has once again been linked with a move to the club.
The Blues could look to get their money back on Delap this summer, as the 23-year-old has only found the back of the net twice in all competitions this season.
However, Wyness told Football Insider, that Everton’s interest in Delap has cooled due to concerns over his attitude at Chelsea.
Delap has not made a positive impression during his time at Stamford Bridge, and new manager Xabi Alonso is bound to want to add a new forward to his ranks this summer.
