Jack Harrison ‘has a feeling’ Newcastle United bid is coming and keen to quit Leeds – Agbonlahor
Jack Harrison will be keen to leave Leeds United if a bid comes in from Newcastle United, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker claimed Harrison may “have a feeling” that a bid from Newcastle could come in.
As relayed by the Yorkshire Evening Post at the weekend (17 July), the 25-year-old was asked about his future and responded “we’ll see what happens”.

Jesse Marsch confirmed there was interest from clubs and Leeds will have a decision to make a “big” offer comes in.
“He [Harrison] probably thinks ‘Why would I say I’m definitely going to stay when I could leave in a couple of weeks?'” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“It would look bad on him so he might have a feeling that a bid might come in from Newcastle or another club and I’m sure he will want to leave.
“Leeds, for me, are in a bad place, losing Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha. If they lost Harrison as well it would be a bit of a dangerous situation for Leeds with a lot of these players that could go one way or the other.
“Harrison has done the right thing for me. If you’ve got a feeling you might leave, don’t say you are going to stay.”

Harrison has scored 16 times and provided nine assists in 71 Premier League games for Leeds.
He is under contract at Elland Road until the summer of 2024 after finally joining on a permanent deal last summer (2021).
