He wrote on his story: “Happy Birthday my boy! Love ya brother! My captain.”
Maddison accompanied the message with a photo from the Europa League final, where Tottenham beat Manchester United to end their 17-year wait for a major trophy.
Still, the South Korea international has just one year left to run on his Spurs contract after the club triggered an extension earlier this year.
