James Maddison sends three-word message as Tottenham agree multi-million deal
Tottenham completed the signing of Conor Gallagher on Wednesday from Atletico Madrid for £35million.
Spurs had been chasing Gallagher through the January transfer window, with the 25-year-old previously having a successful period at both Chelsea and Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
Despite his previous links to the London clubs, Thomas Frank’s side have now confirmed the signing, beating the likes of Aston Villa to his signature.
As a result, plenty of people were quick to react to the news, including James Maddison.

Maddison’s injury has kept him from playing for Tottenham so far this season.
As a result, he has been unable to help Thomas Frank as the pressure continues to mount on the Spurs manager.
Nevertheless, this has not stopped the England international from keeping up to date with the latest Tottenham news.
Therefore, when Spurs announced via their Instagram on 14 January that the signing of Gallagher had been completed, he was quick to react to the news.
He commented on the post: “Let’s goooo brother,” with three clapping emojis following the text.
The two had previously played together for England.
Can Gallagher be a success at Tottenham?
According to Fotmob on 14 January, Gallagher has continued to perform during his brief time in Spain.
The midfielder has been averaging 0.27 goals and 1.76 shots per game in La Liga this season for Athletico.
On top of this, he has a passing accuracy of 90.3 per cent and has been averaging 3.92 touches in the opposition box every match.
