Jarrod Bowen drops new update amid West Ham injury lay-off
Jarrod Bowen appears to have revealed just what he is up to amid his injury enforced absence from the West Ham side.
The winger has been one of the bright point for the Hammers in what has been an otherwise difficult season for the club and manager Julen Lopetegui.
They will though have to do without him for some time now after it was revealed this week that the 28-year-old fractured his foot in his side’s 5-0 defeat to Liverpool on Sunday (29 December).
Now the West Ham talisman has given an insight into just how he is spending the spare time he now has as he makes his recovery from that injury.
Taking to Instagram, Bowen has posted a picture of the loading screen for the game Football Manager 2010 which he has captioned with a goat emoji.
Jarrod Bowen will be wanted back as soon as possible by West Ham
Football Insider Opinion
There will not be a single individual connected with the Hammers who will not want to see Bowen back in action at the earliest possible opportunity.
It has been a hugely underwhelming season for West Ham so far which has even had some nervously glancing over their shoulders at the relegation zone.
Despite that Bowen has been a consistently reliable attacking threat for Lopetegui’s side and he has often been integral to what success they have enjoyed during the campaign.

As a result getting him back quickly is going to be key to any hopes they have of finishing the season with a flourish.
In the meantime there aren’t going to be many fans who will dispute the West Ham man’s choice of Football Manager to keep himself busy while he is out injured.
It will be important for Bowen to keep himself occupied while he is unable to work on the grass as well, and it would be interesting to know just how he fares in the game when compared with real life.
