Jordan Pickford ‘looking to leave’ Everton after ‘big’ development – pundit
Jordan Pickford will be looking for a way out of Everton before the January transfer window closes.
That’s according to former Hibernian striker Tam McManus, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the Toffees stopper’s future.
A Daily Mail report on 27 December claimed there is a boardroom delay on a new deal for the goalkeeper, who is out of contract in 18 months.

It was claimed the board have not signed off on the new contract despite it being verbally agreed with Pickford before he headed to the Qatar World Cup with England.
Everton sit 19th in the Premier League following Saturday’s (21 January) 2-0 loss to fellow strugglers West Ham.
McManus insists Pickford will be looking for a way out.
“I have said this before, Pickford is too good for that club,” McManus told Football Insider‘s Ben Wild.
“He is a top, top keeper and Everton are such a mess. He has to be looking for a way out, everything with his contract as well.
“Why would he stay? Why haven’t bids gone in for him? If a big club comes in then he would ask to leave, I’m certain of that.
“This is the second season in a row where he’s been in a relegation fight, that’s got to affect you in a big way and he is so much better than that. He should be playing in the Champions League.
“He could be a Championship player in a few months. I’m sure he will be looking to leave now.”

Pickford has started all but one of Everton’s Premier League games this season.
He has kept three clean sheets in the competition.
